into a tedious game of menacing stares, vapid confrontations and
nonsensical dead-end plot lines.

Family - DysFUNKtional Family tries to combine the stand-up of Eddie
Griffin with the outrageousness of his close family members. The
problem, however, is that outside of a few jokes, it is terribly
unfunny.

of State- In his latest film, Head of State, Chris not only stars
in the film, but directed himself, which is where he made a mistake.
What started out with some good jokes soon fell flat and too preachy.

engaging and fun and very thrilling to watch. . Basic is
a thrilling mystery that will have you mind boggled until repeat
viewings makes your head straight again.

Core - Some science fiction films are supposed to be fun. These are
throw away films; films to take to your mind away from the things
we face in real life. Go with this thought and you will enjoy
The Core. If not, then this film is a complete mess with
no hope.

of 8 Mile, which starred Eminem, Mekhi Phifer, Brittany
Murphy, and Kim Basinger and Empire, directed by Frank

& Delilah Cotto.
