Happy Thanksgiving

AS blackfilm.com offers everyone a great weekend, keep in mind that there are battles to be won at the box office. Last weekend, Die Another Day proved to be the winner in the battle against Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Holding on to the lead won't be easy as Disney unleashes Treasure Planet. In limited release, Rabbit-Proof Fence will draw emotions from those who go see the film. As November ends, check out 8 Mile, Standing in the Shadows of Motown, Friday After Next, and Frida. Coming in December will be Drumline, Antwone Fisher, Empire and 25th Hour.

Till next time,
