Over the weekend, Blackfilm.com attended the Global Press Conference in London of Warner Bros. Pictures’ upcoming DC film Justice League, which will be directed once again by Zack Snyder and is scheduled for a November 17, 2017 release.
In attendance were producers Chuck Roven and Deborah Snyder, followed by Jason Momoa, Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, and Henry Cavill.
Fueled by the hero’s restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Justice League sees Bruce Wayne enlist the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot will be reprising their roles as the DC Trinity, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in Warner Bros‘ Justice League, and joining them are Jason Mamoa as Aquaman, ay Fisher as Cyborg, and Ezra Miller as The Flash. J.K. Simmons will also appear as Commissioner Gordon with former Game of Thrones star Ciarán Hinds set to play the villain, Steppenwolf.
The screenplay is by Chris Terrio from a story by Snyder and Terrio. The producers are Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder, Jon Berg and Geoff Johns. The executive producers are Jim Rowe, Wesley Coller, Curt Kanemoto, Chris Terrio and Ben Affleck.
