Anthony Anderson news

Anderson may be tapped to play the Notorious B.I.G

The life of murdered rapper Notorious B.I.G. is being developed as a feature film. His mother, P. Diddy, and director Antoine Fuqua are in talks with several studios, including MTV Films, about the project. Cheo Hodari Coker, author of "Unbelievable: The Life, Death and Afterlife of the Notorious B.I.G.", will write the screenplay that will focus on his life outside the spotlight. Waverly W. Alford II ("8 Mile"), Anthony Anderson ("Kangaroo Jack"), and Guerilla Black are candidates to play B.I.G. Filming may start as early as February 2006
